Wow, I was only gone a week, but then I've been back a week and so now it feels like I've been gone FOREVER!!!

But I must share with you the awesome magic of water. For me, anyways there is so much beyond seeing and hearing the ocean.  It's the calm and peace that permeates my soul when I am near the ocean. Actually all bodies of water call to me, but nothing like a southern ocean wave.

We saw dolphins our last day way out, playing.  Being there on the beach hearing the ocean and beach sounds you experience a whole new kind of energy.  Peaceful and unique.  We were playful, walking the shore with my daughter, watching our son-in-law dig a hole almost his height, playing frisbee, searching for shells, praying my husband didn't break a rib on the boogey board! Laughing at the grand kids antics, lots of laughter.

This wonderful vacation refreshed and relaxed me more than any I ever remember.  And I truly believe it's because I've learned to live more in the moment than ever before.  Sometimes, our challenging journeys give us the insight and perspective we've never had before.

And I think that rolled over to my husband, too.  I never saw him so relaxed and have so much fun.  And what is really beyond exciting, is he now has the same travel bug now that latched on to me soooo many years ago.

I want to encourage you  to find that place that brings you joy, or maybe it's an activity.  When I walked into a 'going away/congratulations' party for a friend last night, so many people remarked that I was 'glowing'.  Now that says it all right there, I think.  What brings the glow to your face?

Please stay tuned in to hear some fabulous new things coming to my show, with a collaboration with my awesome friend and partner, Cynthia Bazin!
And while you're subscribing to my show, please grab your ticket for the LaserFocusedConference.com in October - and then we can meet in person in Vegas!!!!!!  Now that's goin' be over the top for all of us!  Hope to see you there!  You'll come away glowing :-)

Passing On A Smile,

Gail
