Actually, pretty much everything.  But to clarify the definition between what I thought and what is the actual definition, I found several.  This is the one I like best:

"Having integrity means doing the right thing in a reliable way. It's a personality trait that we admire, since it means a person has a moral compass that doesn't waver. It literally means having "wholeness" of character, just as an integer is a "whole number" with no fractions."

So on today's show I talk about the vital importance of having integrity, both personally, first, which then of course has to transform to your professional role in life.  I've actually never met anyone with integrity that separated their value from one segment of their life to another.

How about you?  Do you maintain your integrity?  If you get a referral from someone do you act upon it and take care of that referral?

Let's also look at accountability and how it actually intertwines with integrity. I mean look at the definition, very, very similar.  So it goes to the principal of being certain that when you refer someone to someone that you are sure of each of their characters.  Have you ever introduced someone you just met, feeling they were okay, only to find out, not sooo much?

So in all aspects of our lives we look for integrity.  We want to be able to trust the service resources that we hire, we want to be assured the product will be what it says it will be, the property is where it is supposed to be...yep, pretty big circle integrity encompasses.

And I want to remind you if you want to hang around with some awesome people of integrity - please join us at Cynthia Bazin's Laser Focused Conference in October - just click here to find her story.
