I know you're scratching your head on this title, just a bit, yes? All the more reason to listen in...

It really boils down to who you surround yourself with. You more than likely have heard the timeless statement about you are the 5 people you hang out with - something like that :-) Usually it's in reference to your financial status or your mindset. If you surround yourself with positive people you'll be more positive and if you hang around more influential, abundant group of people you'll be better company.

And that is what this is about, triggered by an interview with Carol Burnett and her new book "In Such Good Company". That just rang so true to me about how important that is and the people she surrounded herself with were people that made her laugh. People that she shared her sense of humor with...empowering in all aspects of your well being.

When was the last time you had a good belly laugh? One where you couldn't stop laughing and your eyes started leaking big fat tears and you double over with uncontrollable laughter? I am so fortunate to just have had such a glorious event. It was most unlikely that it happened with my acupuncturist, but it did and was it soooo awesome!

You want to find that inner comedian within yourself and encourage it, allow it to grow. Who would you be if you were a comedian? Who makes you laugh? Do you have a special friend, spouse, child, comedian, co-worker, anyone that triggers your sense of humor? Isn't it fun? I don't know of a better feeling.

So today's show is just about encouraging you to find a way to have more laughter in your life, even when all aspects of your life are not funny. I have always found humor is a great salve even if only a temporary respite from not such funny stuff.

Passing On A Smile and A Giggle,

Gail

P.S. Thank you for listening and sharing, you always make me laugh by your fun comments and I so appreciate them!!!!
